Solution: Project “Dipstick.”

Project “Dipstick”s goal is to develop a “tool” designed to provide timely feedback to patients, manufacturers, caretakers, restaurant personnel and all others responsible for the successful implementation of the strict, medically-required, gluten-free lifestyle of celiac patients.

Such a “tool” needs to be fast, portable, accurate, inexpensive, reusable, easy to use, and indestructible. Such a “tool” would enable celiacs and others to evaluate the gluten-status of food, especially “foods ready to eat.”
